Caroline Katmann has served in the nonprofit sector since 2013 as a volunteer on
committees, board member, and advisory board member. She has also held a few
nonprofit staff positions, including Executive Director, Grant Writer and,
currently, Development Manager for SSAAM. Caroline has a Master’s Degree in
Education from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, and was a New Jersey public
school teacher, staff developer, and district-level administrator for 31 years.

 

She retired from public education in 2005 to become an education consultant for a
privately owned consulting company in New Jersey, from 2005-2012.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Caroline currently resides in her beloved
Sourland Mountain Region and is honored to be part of the team supporting
SSAAM’s mission.
