About the event
This is the Witness Stone that was created to memorialize Frost Blackwell. It will be installed in front of the Bethel A.M.E Pennington Church, at 246 South Main Street in Pennington. This stone will honor where Friday lived, worked, and worshiped in the Hopewell region.
